Animal Services

Jordan Blessed the Cape Coral Animal Shelter in 2019 with $8,000 out of the $40,000 granted over 5 years. Funds were used to complete the Cat and Kitten Wing of the only no-kill Animal Shelter in Cape Coral. The Cape Coral Animal Shelter organization is dedicated to engaging a special bond between people and animals by means of adoption services, medical care, education and training for the prevention of cruelty and abandonment.  . Elderly Care

Jordan Blessed the Dr. Ella Piper Center's Foster Grandparent Program with $9,000 for the third year in a row in 2019. Funds were used to enroll Two New Grandparent Volunteers in the Program. Jordan's Blessings enabled successful placement of these Grandparents in classrooms at Sunshine Elementary and North Fort Myers Academy For the Arts.  The Grandparents served in the classroom a total of over 1200 hours combined-, blessing both teachers and students. Family Services

Jordan Blessed Valerie's House in continuing our 6 Year Commitment of $100,000. Funds were used to dedicate the Jordan Ashley Art Room and support additional staff and Grief Groups. Jordan's Blessing contributed to serving over 160 families and almost 400 children in 2019; as well as the relocation of the facility to a historic home at 1762 Fowler Street. Valerie's House will be welcomed a new home location in Naples during 2019.

 

Jordan's Blessings also provided $3,333 out of a $10,000 commitment  to While We're Waiting, a Christian based organization helping bereaved parents. To learn more clicks the links below:

 

Driver Safety

Jordan Blessed the Florida Sheriff's Association Teen Driver Safety Challenge in 2019. $5,000 in funds were used to provide this Driver Safety Program to all the Senior Class of Evangelical Christian School  This amount will be provided to the Senior Classes through the year 2022.  These blessings are in loving memory of three of her classmates Jordan Sadler, Jon Valentin, and Joe Marcelek who died in a car crash in June 2014 To learn more about this program of the Florida Sheriff's Association click below:

Missions

Jordan loved helping and serving others, and always talked about how she wanted to have the opportunity to serve on a Missions Trip to another country.  In the summer of 2013 Jordan went on her first mission trip to the Dominican Republic.  The foundation is pleased to announce that funding in the area of missions for 2019 has been awarded to Refuge Church's Summer Camp.  This years camp provided free of charge to children in need in our community and blessed them with back to school tennis shoes.

Jordan Ashley Gutheim Scholarship

Jordan Blessed Kylie Magner with a 4 Year Scholarship to FSU in 2019. Funds are distributed in the amount of $2,000 per year for a total of $8,000.
